From trauma to scar<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I felt lost, I didn\u2019t know why. Why do I feel like this? I couldn\u2019t explain it, I had no idea. From this place of darkness and depression, I called out. Help me. I can\u2019t go on anymore.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This decision marked the beginning of a remarkable journey, back to my past. A journey of discovery that required a lot of courage from me. I ended up in my early childhood years.
Wat daar verborgen lag, was het antwoord op mijn verloren gevoel. Ik was daadwerkelijk een stukje van mezelf verloren, al wist ik dit nooit bewust.<\/p>

First came the shock, then the realization, then the pain, the tears, the anger, the grief. What had been frozen in my unconscious past now surfaced, to be seen, heard, and felt. I had to face the reality, accept it, embrace it as the truth, even though that was very difficult.<\/p>

\u00a0After years of grieving and healing, I now feel like a more whole person. My trauma is no longer an open wound, but a small scar on my soul.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Over the past 10 years, I\u2019ve made a significant inner journey through experiential forms of consciousness development. Suppressed trauma feelings and emotions surfaced. I was finally able to understand why I had felt miserable for years, without knowing why. I gained insight into my own coping mechanisms. As a result, I was able to connect more deeply with myself, my true desires, values, passions, and life purpose(s).<\/p>

By walking this experimental and experiential path, I now know from my own experience how to attune myself well to the world and personal experiences of others.<\/p>

My vision is that a professional coach or therapist is someone who has gone through the dirt themselves, who has dared to face and process their own life themes, and who can clearly see their own projections.<\/p>

Of course, this is, for me as well, an ongoing process. We live and learn every day.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
