As a therapist and coach, I work from a psychodynamic perspective. This is an approach in which I work with you in a deepening way on cognitive and emotional themes, with the goal of restoring the balance between your thoughts and feelings.
As a result, you will experience greater strength and clarity in taking control of yourself and your life. The feeling of "being back at the helm," on your way to personal leadership and happiness.
